Miles Driven as of July 20, 2008: 7100
Problems with the car since delivery: None
Average Mileage: 46-48 MPG
Personal Best Mileage: 52.4 MPG
Driving Style: Non-aggressive, 30% suburban, 30% highway, 40% mountain

Hopes this helps folks considering the car.

Those are really great numbers and I'm envious. A lot of news lately about the accuracy of our gas pumps, and in fact are we getting the correct octane as advertised. I recently short filled, just flipped to two bars and took 7 1/2 gallons! That gave me under 30 mpg and I had been driving very conservately.

Miles Driven as of June 20, 2008: 3000
Problems with the car since delivery: Alarm malfunction fixed with replacing a microwave sensor. Rear glass hatch latch broken {probably my fault} fixed.
Average Mileage: 36.8
Personal Best Mileage: 47,4
Driving Style: Usually conservative. Mostly in town and/or rush hours. 2 out of state trips fully loaded with 2 adults and rear packed with luggage.

I believe the word you are looking for is "Fahrt" as in drive or journey, hope so anyway.

In the spirits of 'fart'ing around...
I've been farting in my smart since January 24 2008.
Miles driven as of June 20 = 6075 miles
Problems encountered = 0
Oil Change = 1 at 5800 miles.
Average mpg = 38.2
Highest 42.86. Lowest 34.5

I drove somewhat conservatively for about 4000 miles. Lately, I've been driving a bit more aggressively.
