Just happened to catch it this morning flipping through the channels before work.
They were doing a short segment about the best affordable fuel efficient cars (they made a point to mention that none of the top 10 were hybrids) and did a little test drive in a black smart and mentioned 37mpg and all that jazz.
It wasnt really all about the smart, but it was one they spent the most time actually looking at up close.
They also mentioned vespas and NEVs (aka golf carts) and other cheap sedans like the Aveo.
Pretty positive piece about the car really. Cant find a video on their site right now though.
