I am one who is not happy with the way Smart has handled things. Ordered my car the very first day, car has now been sitting at the dealership now for almost a
MONTH because of poor planning by
Smart and Mercedes benz north Smart.
I asked to transfer the car to the other houston dealership that is open and they said
NO. I have been out looking at the
Toyota Yaris and the
Honda Fit as replacements for the
rotting Smart Car.
In case you cant tell, I am pi$$ed of that this has happened. I was thrilled when my car came in but now I am contemplating telling them to...........STICK IT.

PS. The dealership csm to this day will deny the cars are even there to anyone, not wanting to get bit by customers
so if this is your dealership your car is probably there (over 16 cars in back sitting for a Month)
