smart usa web site ???

A while back i recieved an email from smart and they asked by opinion about what they should name their new web site that was geared toward smart owners. I never heard anything else about it.
Was/is this another typical dropped ball from smart or did anything ever come of it?
13 months and still waiting. Supposed to have it by the end of May...which would put me waiting 14 months total. I hope it is worth it

I talked to them this afternoon. The official smart site is still planned, and will be announced by newsletter. No date announced yet.

maybe they didn't have a big enough response about their own website, dropped that idea and went with the 'newsletter' idea instead......

I am told smart USA will have an owners forum up and running about May 1. I don't believe there is any chance it will be as successful or generate the following of this site, however it will provide an opportunity to post something you can be sure will be heard by smart USA.

That site was rumored to launch nearly a year ago and many of the smart usa newsletters mentioned it but I don't really see where it can benefit smart usa or us as consumers any more then SCOA. I may be bias though.

Either way we are more then happy to make room for smart USA to participate here at SCOA and we have an open invitation out to them to participate in whatever fashion they would like.

I just wanted to point out that Internet Brands and smart USA are different companies and while Internet Brands may run many forums, none of these were created by Internet Brands, these are all sites acquired from the original creators and enthusiasts that made them what they are. ;)
