Anyone out there have any experience with SmartExpress?

Yes. I ordered a black Brabus coupe on April 6th and took delivery on May 20th. I was never on the original $99.00 reservation plan, so I did not convert. Just went into Smart Center Jacksonville, gave them a $300.00 deposit and waited about six weeks. I am very happy with my car and got exactly what I wanted.

How did the dealer find the car you wanted.

My understanding is they access a database of reservations that have been cancelled and are in production or are in route to the US. If they find a cancelled reservation that meets your requirements they have it redirected to your dealership.

Is that correct?
