Is Smartimes magazine still in business? I subscribed several months ago and have not received any issues yet. Looked on the website and don't even see issues for summer or fall 2009.

I'm sure they accepted your money though. Sounds like the same thing that happened when the publisher was in UK.

They accepted my money as well. Weeks ago I wrote them asking for a refund in which they promptly said yes.

Same thing here. This sort of behavior is typical for "specialty magazines", and we saw a lot of it with the early Macintosh computer-centric publications.

I'm not holding my breath on seeing the issues that I have coming to me.

That's what I was afraid of. Well, I paid via PayPal so I just sent a request to them for a full refund. Maybe PayPal can help out if they are not going to publish.

I subscribed and got one issue in the spring, I would think it's about time for another issue.

They took my money as well and never sent anything. I've filed a complaint with my CC company. We shall see if I get any refund.

I just paid for a subscription last night (17 Nov 09)...dang I should have visited this site sooner. Guess I'll wait and see.
