Smarts Being Delayed At Ports

I read a couple of days ago, in a thread in this forum, that someone was delaying the Smarts at the Ports for transmission module safety concerns, and my question is has anyone confirmed this? The delay indicated up to a 60 day delay.

Haven't heard that but I hope not. I was hoping my car would be at the dealer and ready for delivery by March 1

just spoke to smart usa and they have not been officially told about any delays, they only know what they read on the forums!
