smarts in TV commercials

This morning I saw a TV commercial featuring a 2008 smart! Columbia Credit Union of Vancouve, WA, runs these spots where the CEO travels around the area visiting business owners and chatting about how the credit union helped them. In the past he's always driven around in a mini cooper.

Today he drives a smart!

It's a white one with a green grass wrap - and MUCH cuter than his old mini.

I couldn't find a vid of the commercial to post, but when I went to the website I discovered that the CU is giving away a smart in a drawing and they have a page about how green smarts are and a link to smartusa.

If you go on youtube.com and search smart car commercials you'll find a bunch. As for the smart being featured in a commercial, didn't the guys in the first Wii commercials drive around in a smart?

In every commercial that I have seen for the Wii, they drove a Smart Fortwo. I think it is neat.

Yeah, theres a few of their mini commercials on their website, too, so it's weird they don't have the new smart commercial. I Tivo'd it, but getting it from my dvr to the web .... well, it's just not happening. (missing some skills, there)
