the dealers that have not opened their doors yet the websites are locked with a user name and password waiting for the big dealer announcement day
The websites are apparently run by IB not the individual smart center. I think it is a matter of IB getting around to finalizing the websites separately from the dealer's status. My dealer won't be complete and open until the end of FEB, but their website has been up and running for a while now.
