The car clearly accelerates like a manual trans car- no problem if you know how to drive one, i.e., let up on the gas before shift. 3rd gear looks very nice -good to 70 MPH. The shift time seems to be about 1 second. If you try to floor it all the way the car will seem very jerky during shifts.
