I was looking thru e-bay today, and what I found....
Somebody selling graphics kit, and he is using my photos!!!!!!
I want a commission at least!!!!

If he wants to keep your pictures on there, you better get some of the profit!

Remind the seller there's such a thing as copyright law in the US, and he's obviously in violation of it.

Eh, it happens. A fellow Z4 owner noticed a picture of my M Coupe being used to sell one of those phoney gas-saving devices last year.

I would report him to E-bay. Or, All who care and are members at E-bay can send him a Question ( Every day) till he gives in. I wouold be willing to start it off with a simple ? Where did you get that pic?

I agree what the seller is doing is morally reprehensible. However, I know nothing about copy write law.

If you post a picture to a website (like scoa), do you still retain full rights to it?

In any event, this seller needs to be straightened out. He is advertising a product which is not his. Very nasty.

And why isn't my stripe being bootlegged on ebay
