Standard Exaust vs. Doug Thorley Dual Center Exaust

Hey i was thinking about buying www.4smartcar.com s Doug Thorley Center Dual Tip Exaust and i have a couple of questions.

1) Is it "obnoxiously" loud? I dont want it to sound like some rice burner. I am looking for a not-to-loud rumble.. just something a little extra!
2) Is it worth it to buy it?
3) Is it loud inside the car, as well as out?

Comments, concerns, etc. would be great!
