stickers on visor n glove compartment

I'm closing in on my first 300 miles when i begin to notice the stickers. At first, my thoughts are 'yes they are informational, and need to be there as guidance'. Then I begin to frowl the brow, and reflect 'this isnt the engine compartment'.

So I'm about to remove them, when the next thought occurred 'is there a law that requires them to be there', you know, like those tags that one finds on bed mattress n such...

i took pictures just in case i need to put them back and need to remember where they go:

whats in your scrap book?

Mine were gone before I put the key in for the first time.

No laws about removing them... we've already done it... Nice set of Dragons on the dash box now.

And if you own the mattress you can remove them too.

Better not remove them. The sticker police will be after you.

I'm still waiting for the mattress police to knock on my door for all those tags I removed 10 years ago ...

the one on the glovebox peels right off. the ones on the visors are quite difficult. it took a lot of wd40 and scraping with my fingernails to get it off. i couldn't find any better suggestions from the boards. the only problem with doing it that was is that it made a really gooey mess. but it can be done.

I left mine on the visor as I don't really notice it. The one on the glovebox was off before I drove the car off the showroom floor. I pulled it off and stuck it IN the glovebox for whenever I restore the car 40 years from now. (yeah right, I don't keep cars long enough)

The visor warning sticker seems to be two parts. One - a plastic-y sticker/cover which you can peel off with your finger. Then you have the sticky messy part. I got this off using "Goof-Off" and one of those green and yellow kitchen sponges. Worked perfect. Its not harsh enough to ruin the vinyl. When done throw some protectant ( Armor All) on it and you be good to go!
