Stuck in Denver

My Cabrioet is sitting in Denver - was emailed that the Colorado Dealers Assn shut the dealer down - anyone know what's going on?

Buying this car for resale - what's the waiting list like and how much over MSRP could I expect?

There was a problem last week, but heard it was resolved... The problem was with the DMV. The car's paperwork states "smart", however, when the DMV brought up the VIN on the system, it showed Daimler AG. They were confused but I heard the issue was resolved.... Have you spoken to the dealer?
