Can you drive on the freeway with that?

How many people does it seat? (looking into the car)

Why would you want a car that small? (maybe not dumb but I found it silly)

Where is the rest of it?

That's it so far, but I've only had mine for two weeks.

After I said it's a two seater but it looks the clown car in the circus, questioner asked "How many clowns fit?" That made me chuckle.

Most frequent dumb question: "Is that the $2,500 car from India and how did you get it to the USA?"

Stupid question of the day: How fast does that thing go? Me: well it says 100 but 90 mph (2 seconds later) So does that thing go on the freeway?

Wow! (Big smile.) "Is that the car from India "... " No. it's from Germany,` it's made by Mercedes Benz"... Smile faded, light changed and we drove away. Driver was Indian.

One has to realize that the car is (so far) so different that people will want to ask questions - and whatever are the first that come to mind. Sometimes the knee-jerk questions don't quite come out right and in context with the surroundings, but it isn't that they are dumb, but maybe a little "dumbfounded." Give 'em a break; they don't know what we know but just want to know what we know. They are most likely nice people.
