tata nano cheapest car of the world

i ve just see in the french news the cheapest car in the world. The indian industrial group Tata have just presented the ultimate low cost car. 1500$. Small as a smart and with 4 places inside. The engine is a 600 cc but without turbo.
It is not thinking to export it for the moment but if a market for it exist they dont exclude the option.
For this price there is no confort option inside and the indian security norms are not the same but this a new record
A big concurrent for the smart? Not by the size but by the price

Roughly $2,500 for the basic model, but the only place you can buy it is India.
