Thank you, Smart USA

Prior to buying my Smart Passion, I had driven Hondas for the last 25 years. In that time, I never so much as received a thank you card from Honda or my dealership.

Since taking delivery in March, I have received a number of contacts from both Smart USA and my delivering dealership, Smart of Bloomington MN. to make sure everything was going well (which it has)

Now, in the mail, appeared a $5.00 gas card, $5.00 B. Daltons card and a $5.00 Starbucks card, all from Smart USA.

A very welcome gesture that shows that customers do matter. Thank you Smart USA and all of their representatives.

I forgot to mention that it was not a matter of the dollar amount. It just had to do with the fact that Smart acknowledged that I was appreciated. It was the thought that really counted to me.

I recieved that also I thought that was a really neat thing for Smart to do. I can't remember any other car or truck I bought that the manufaturer did anything like this.

Right now $1 seems like a bunch of money....so $15 was welcome....and the fact my gas bill has been cut by 2/3 makes it even better.

Got mine in the mail today and wondered what took so long. My basket from Saturn always showed up within a month of purchasing a new car. Guess I've been spoiled by a company that knew how to do customer service right. Good to know I've picked another winner in that regard (for the most part anyway). ;)
