Are these wheel adapter spec.s correct?

I wish to use 16" wheels and tires. I know I need to measure the wheel for the correct offset. If I go to a metal shop and request custom 3 to 5 lug wheel adapters, are the specifications below correct?

Stock 3 lug wheel spec.s:
- stock bolt pattern: 3x112 mm
- stock bolt length: ???

3 to 5 lug adapters:
- bolt pattern: 5x112 mm
- bolt length: ???
- thread pitch: M12
- front center bore: 57,1
- rear center bore: 66,5
- front disk thickness: 20 mm
- rear disk thickness: 25 mm

Do I need this data for the disk thickness as well?

It really depends on the offset of the wheels you are fitting and the bore of the new alloys.
