It took one month to get my Smart451

I visited my San Jose, CA. dealer on 4/03/08 and placed my $99.00 reservation. The dealer told me the wait would be 4-12 months! Ouch! But, on 5/01/08, the dealer called me while on vacation in Maui, Hawaii and said they had an orphan for me that matched my requirements exactly: all silver Passion Coupe with black leather interior and Comfort Package.

Better to be lucky than good.

I understand the San Jose, CA. dealership received a large shipment on 5/02/08 of new cars. I hope you get lucky (sorry for the pun). Call the Sales manager, Annie, at (408)247-9034.

I saw tens and tens of pages in the dealer reservation book with names checked or crossed out. It appears San Jose is starting to move cars. Hell, I would drive to another state to get my Smart451.
