Best practice is to pull power cable from your battery which is located under the passenger foot well carpet.

For me, I happen to have let my batter die the night before by leaving my lights on which forced me to the battery reset about two days before I originally planned on it. ;)

Aside from that I try and save gas when possible on downhills and try and avoid unneeded down shifts for hills by using the SMG for preemptive downshifts.
WHAT IS AN "SMG" ?, AND WHERE IS THAT LITTLE SUCKER ?

Our transmissions are considered SMG transmission meaning there is a sequential manual gearbox. As for shifting to neutral on down hill I have found that it can be tricky to get back in gear but I just rev it hi before dropping it back in gear, this practice is known as rev matching.

I had a sat nav confirmed 110mph out of my modded 450.
On a disused runway of course.
