They will almost always offer more than what the dealer you're actually buying a car from does. Interestingly, though, there are a few Carmax dealers that are no longer offering to buy full-size V8 powered SUVs. Don't ask me how I know ... but if you know of anyone that wants to buy a full-size Jeep Commander 4x4 SUV with V8 Hemi in, you go ahead and drop me a line.

Heh, well thats unfortunate but thats the market for you.
How would all that go down if I actually did decide to sell to Carmax? We dont have another car so Im just worried about timing if we do decide to sell it.
PS. We got a big wood screw in the back passenger tire today, went completely flat on us on the way to work this morning. Had a spare though and someone helped us a bit with it (even though we really didnt need it, appreciated the help either way.) Just glad I bought that Road Hazard warranty from Sears when I got the new tires earlier this year.
PSS. I recently closed both my Paypal and eBay accounts due to their recent policy changes and price increases. eBays going to force everyone to use Paypal exclusively pretty soon. I can do without that.
