I visited a local smart owner and tried my wife's lightweight wheelchair. It will fit height-wise by placing the handles to the side, i.e, on it's back.
BUT, unless the large wheels are
removable, the front wheels make it too tall to go inside. My wife's measured at 32" but the available space is only 27" to the roof. I plan to get her a lightweight chair with removable wheels. She's due for a new one anyway.
