Turbo Timing?

is there an ECU Flash for the smart 451? most turbo kits are selling a piggy back to jump wires to advance the timing, as well as bigger injectors. if this is a good way to use the piggy back where can i get the piggy back itself and the injectors with out the rest of the over priced kits??

I have no idea. The 2007 Passions sold in Mexico are all turbo on the Mercedes engine.
You guys with 451 US models have a Mitsubishi engine and a somewhat different car.
