Two and a Half Car Garage

We're blessed with a 2 1/2 car garage, but the half was really only for a golf cart or so. The Smart fits through the door with inches to spare between the mirrors and since I don't believe in leaving a car outdoors, day or nite, I'm very, very happy with the situation, especially since I'm only using about 1/2 of the length...

We have a 2.5 garage as well. We can get three cars in there pretty easy with the smart and Miata.

My garage I can fit about 22? or so Smarts (I didn't do the math yet but I bet I could fit more) in but I have manual roll up doors so the Smarty stays outside plus the garage is so full of junk and one lone VW. I'm seriously thinking about a carport. I've got the metal roofing, just don't have the motivation.

Bumbling, I've always wanted to ask; why do people (like you) park a new, $20,000 to $75,000 car outdoors and leave the junk in? Just curious...

I have a 2.5 car garage as well. My wife's Audi parks on the short side along with storage shelving (filled with junk in the picture while we were making space), while my Chevy Tahoe shares the long side with my smart car and our treadmill.

We had to maneuver the Tahoe as close to the left wall as possible to leave enough room to walk between it and more storage shelving, but there's plenty of room in front of it for the treadmill and behind it for the smart car.
