But maybe those who use the smart as a toad would be interested so they don't have to bungie the steering wheel.
And thought it was a RIOT!!! To put it in 50's verbiage.

Steal it ?

I was at Wal-Mart one time and left my top down.

When I came back out to my car, on the seat I found a dollar bill with a note attached, "Here's one dollar toward your purchase of a REAL car"

The best anti-theft devices (that'll get you sued):

Built-in nuke with self destruct sequence (you probably don't want to be around).

1,000 underbody razor blades and motion sensing chainsaw (tipping problem solved).

Flamethrowers attached to tow hooks (might stick out a little)

Motion sensing automatic machine gun (run if you can)

High Voltage door handles (try to get in now!).

Net shooter (to catch those bad guys).

Missile pods (you don't want them to get away).

Acid shooter (what happens if the machine gun, the flamethrower, missiles, or net doesn't get them? Acid will).

Did I leave out any illegal devices?

Sadly Neon, all those items while being a great idea, will most likely (as you posted) land you in jail as the criminals have more rights than us poor hard working slobs that are trying to protect our property.

I like the flamethrower as it incinerates the body... No body, no crime....

Would be funny to see the cop that finds all those illegal "defense" mods on your smart though

I think the immobilizer and the alarm are enough, most "gangsters" in America have to uphold a "reputation" and wouldn't get caught in a drive-by in a smart.

Besides, some people's smarts are annoying to start with. (alarms going off for no visible reason)
