Yeah, the computer limits me to 90 so I don't embarrass the other cars.

That is one of the questions i get a lot. I will tell them i paid 13.500 for mine, but they start at 11,000 and can run up as high as 23.000 depending on if you get the pure or the convertible passion fully loaded, and even if the dealership adds on some other goodies.
Often mouths drop especially when i mention that Air conditioning and a radio is optional equipment on the Smart pure which is what i have. Most think the car is in the 25.000 to 35.000 range.

Mine was mid 20's and I have seen them as high as $38,000.

What the heck kind of smart did YOU get that sold for the mid-twenties? Did you get impatient, cut in line and pay the price?

I think a Brabus Cabriolet is only about $22k.

Our Brabus cab was just over 20.

Son and I went to a local restaurant. When we got out, young couple asked us where our other car was. "What are you talking about?" I ask.
"2 of you were in that car?" Son tells them yes, we were. As we walk past them, I hear them discussing how 1 of us must sit in the front, the other in the back.....
It wasn't worth it to continue THAT conversation.....

Do you have a photo of you both with the Smart Fortwo? It would give us an idea of comparison. My sister did not think I could fit into my little car. I sent her a photo of me in my little car. I am six feet tall and weigh three hundred twenty pounds. I have no problem getting into my little car or out of it. I have seen peoples eyes go wide when I exit my little car not realizing the size of the person riding in it(?).

Yeah, I thought of that about 30 seconds after they drove off... That's what I say to anyone now.

I thought only everything got lost in the grills of hummers... Haven't they found missing children in those?
