I can see how NOT SMART that dealer is. They do some stupid stuff in NY, but that one has got to take the cake. Glad I live down here where snow and ice is not a factor most of the years. Once in a great while. He could of done so much damage to the car without even realizing it. Car is like Uber cold, so when you hit things that are super cold, it forms cracks. That means cracks in everything on the car. It might not show up now, but later on down the road, maybe an accident or something where the smart does not hold up to it's name due to HUMAN IDIOT ERROR. OMG. Don't buy white ones from NY. That is for sure.
I had a friend years back that had a Saturn. All her friends would bump the side of her car, because it was plastic. They thought it was fun until one day they broke a body panel. Fatigue will get you over time.
Then one day while she was parked for a job interview a delivery truck swiped the side of her car. The entire side exploded, all the body panels on that side were gone. She got the job, but I digress.
Looks like we have our perp right here......somebody want to forward this to Penske??????? Account name on Youtube is same as this guys name below. Maybe it should say, I met both these gentleman, and they are anxious to beat the living crap out of smart cars in New York. Shameful, and they have the nerve to post it for all to see?????? I am glad I am not their customer, and they should themselves be flogged.

People repost all the time...but I want to talk to someone before doing it. I do have it though....but I cannot understand why they would do that to the product they know is so dear. Do they beat the crap out of the Mercedes that way too? Am I just expecting too much...that a dealer would care for my car the way I would.
I can see it now, "as we finalize your delivery, we'll have your new smart ready for you in just a few moments sir, we are just de-icing it out back right now, it will be ready in 53 seconds....." "That's cool"
