I have a black interior, panoramic roof, and mine heats up something serious after a few hours in the sun... there's no ventilation, apparently by design. If I use the A/C, full blast for about 5 mins with recirc on almost all the time, mine cools down noticeably but will still take 20 mins to get down to normal. I added a Magic Shade windshield shade between my pano roof and the rollback shade... that made a huge difference. The pano roof's nice at night, but in the hot summer, oy, that shade needs to be solid, not a mesh.
I also added tint (see my gallery) and reduced heat considerably; I can now park in full sun, rear facing East and the sun will bounce off the 80% reflectivity of the rear tint. Side window tint reduces heat 50% and now my left arm doesn't burn on the way home; AC is much more effective and I can hear my music better than the people around me now.
Note the temp setting does not directly affect how much outside air is brought in; if you set it to 75 degrees and the interior is 100, it'll still give you full cold air until you get to 75 inside. If you can't feel coldish air coming out of the vents, definitely get your AC checked. Otherwise, see if parking in the shade makes a difference.
