VIN Decoding

I've noticed a lot of Smarts advertised are mis-labeled, Pures advertised as Passions, mostly. It looks like the Convertibles have a K for the 5th character while the coupes use J; is there anything separating the Pures from Passions? Also, is there a VIN decoder out there for the ForTwo, explaining what all the characters are?

WME = smart
E = 451
J/K = coupé/cabriolet
31 = 70 HP engine
X = passive restraints
9th digit = checksum
8 = 2008 M.Y.
K = assembly building K, Hambach
123456 = serial #
