Wait time

Can you guys tell what the wait time can be.
It's only been about 2 weeks, but i'm just tryin to get my mind set on how long it could be. I dont want to get on one of those orphan lists at the dealership. I want what I ordered...so break it to me gently....how long am I really going to wait

I ordered it in Edison NJ and havent heard from anyone else who ordered from there how long they waited

Joey, get on the orphan list. What you ordered may just well show up as someone else's car. With only a few colors and limited options many of the same cars show up. When I was at my dealers last month, they had 3 white coupes, a silver coupe and two cabrios (red & Black) just waiting for the buyers to come and get 'em. And one of them was tricked out just like what I ordered . . . 'cept it wasn't an orphan.
You just never know . . . lightning may strike!

Oh yeah, I reserved in April. My DDE is May - July 2009. Still 10 - 12 months from now. I'm hoping for an orphan.

I reserved in June 07 and still waiting~~ 407 days and counting. DDE is 08/16/08 - 11/14/08. A long wait!!!!!!

I reserved 5/6/08and my estimated delivery date range is oct '09-dec'09.My best advise is to take up drinking-it will make the wait seem more enjoyable.

Yes, get on the orphan list. I ordered a very specific car with every option and knew I could not accept anything else. Well, wouldn't you know, there was one on the showroom floor that someone else had ordered, right down to the color. I asked about buying that one, and about two weeks later, once they got a car to replace the one on the showroom floor, I had my baby! The car I originally ordered has still not arrived, nearly four weeks later. It's somewhere on the Atlantic. I LOVE my baby, Li'l Bean!

I picked up a orphan Cabrio with every option. They said 14 mths if I waited.
That would be like telling me I can't eat for 14 mths! Couldn't happen!
