Want to know the Truth

I got an e-mail from the Beverly Hills Smart Center that my car will be ready either mid of August or end of August, and my car is with Silver Tridion cell. Since I've seen some post regarding recall for those of who had Silver Tridion Cell on their Smarts. So, I've called Beverly Hills Smart Center to find out if mine was one of the recalled model or not, and the answer I got from Smart Center was..."It's not truth."

Is this really happening? or Smart Center telling me not-truth.

I really want to find the Truth!!! anyone please?

As i recall there is a VERY small number of cars that were recalled, i wouldn't worry about it.

Yes, I believe it was 74 cars. I wouldn't worry.

I think your dealer said there was no recall because maybe they hadn't heard about it. If it only affect 80 US cars and 40 owners were contacted and the dealers that had the other 40 were contacted, that makes this very tiny recall a non-issue.

that's what I think, anyway.

It's true ... but it's not supposed to be common knowledge, or information given freely to customers.
