Wash smart with camel hair?

I read somewhere on this forum that a camel hair brush was good for washing vehicles. I just bought a black smart that is in need of a good washing. Is camel hair a good idea to avoid fine scratches? Opinions?

Have never used camel hair brush so don't know. Have used a wool mitt for years, with lots of soap & water, and think that's the best approach. YMMV.

It sounds a bit exotic and made up. I'd stick with American raised Wool.

I've heard of Boar's Hair brushes for washing cars, which are supposed to be really soft, but never Camel's Hair! Here's the link to a site that might be helpful.....for Griott's Garage!
Car Cleaning Tools - Griot's Garage
They have lots of stuff for keeping your car looking showroom new, and a really nice stainless steel LED flashlight that's rechargeable & plugs into your cigarette lighter/12v outlet. Hope this is helpful!

This looks like it might do the trick for all those diamond shaped nooks and crannies on the front grills. I was thinking I'd have to bread out the q-tips!

I too have a black Smart Car and I have said it before and I'll say it again, Only Use Micri-Fiber Towels on your car and hand wash only (I know some of you take it through the car wash, I don't) my car still looks like the day I bought it, no swirls in the black plastic panels. I swear by Micro-Fiber... Thats my .02 cents
