wellsmart order

has any one ordered any thing from wellsmart.co.uk i did and i think i have been overcharged 100.00 and i did not get an invoice from them in my email. i have mailed them but no response yet.

yup thats typical for them they didnt respond to emails and dont take phone calls .. i ordered head lights a while back .. i finally got a response 2 days after they showed up in the mail in pretty damaged boxes .. luckly made it undamaged 3 weeeks after i ordered them .. and they said they where proccessing my order .. funny .. there customer service is just plain sad.

if i where you id give boris and rachel a call at smart madness they will price match and have the same product line .. not to mention excellent customer service =)

but that was some good and some bad. hope this one is good. still am bing charge more than what i order by almost $100.00

I ordered an airscoop from them just fine but their customer service is poor.

well okay,

seems this is my fault. some how i purchased 2 of the intake hoses. kate mailed me back and told me what the order was. so now i have asked if it has shipped or if i can get a refund on 1 of them.

so so far on this order it is my fault.

thanks to every one. so far wellsmart is doing there job well.
