I did.... and Wating over 25days after payments(Around USD400)

tried to contact them many times but Never response ...

I'm one of quite a few here who were screwed over by WellSmart...

I ordered what they advertised as a "dual-reverse lamp euro taillight conversion kit," or something like that, with amber euro-style rear turn indicators and dual clear-lensed reverse lamps. What I got, on the other hand, and after about six weeks of waiting, was a pair of taillights with *no* clear reverse lamps at all. They did not respond to any emails. They did not even respond when I sent the useless taillights back for either an exchange or refund. I had to resort to siccing my credit union's Visa Police on them to get a refund, and even then I'm still out well over $100 in return shipping.

I'd rather shoot myself in the head than try buying anything from John and Kate at WellSmart UK again, and I would never recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

In my opinion, anyone who has successfully closed a transaction with John & Kate did so by sheer luck. They are a blight on the internet-commerce world. To put it bluntly. I wouldn't cross the street to piss on John or Kate if their guts were on fire.
