Went to a Mini meet today...in my Smart!

What a hoot, when I pulled up and parked, the Mini owners started filing out of their show area and over to see my Smart. I kind of felt bad and told them that I came to see their show cars, not to show mine. Anyway, wish I had been a salesman with a boatload of Smarts on the way...think I could have sold them all on the spot.
The Mini concours was very nice and they probably had 75 cars...Classics, new models, Mokes, Coopers, Austin's, etc. I finally got away from my Smart to walk their cars....all the while looking across the lot at the crowd around my car.
And then on the way home, saw my first Smart on the road...turns out it was the Orlando Center's GM, Julie Morelli in her demo Smart!

I did the same thing too and I felt bad as they were showing off the brand new MINI Clubman straight from the dealership. Both the smart and the Clubman received plenty of looks.
