450---> Europe. Older, 1st edition model.

451--> USA (and Europe?) Newer 2nd edition model.

This to confirm that the 451 is for all markets since last year, with slight variations (i.e. different shifter box, amber lights, and other details required for the US) depending on the destination.

Outward evident signs:
450 has a pair of three back lights, three windowed hatch, vertical door handles.
451 had a pair of two back lights, single pane window hatch, horizontal door handes.
The latter is also slightly beefier.

The 450 was also in Canada and Mexico, not just Europe. I have a 2006 and have never seen one with a "three windowed hatch" as stated above.

The 451 has a gasoline engine and the 450 uses diesel.

Thee coupes all do. The hard plastic side windows are no more for the 451.

You'd be correct... we need to think of this global car on a global scale
