I vote for the machine guns/automatic headlight combination along with the rear smokescreen/oil slick option!

A factory-authorized tow bar will be a very hot item...

Also some of the Brabus bits would be nice.
Extra instrumentation on order, fog lights only a factory option at this point, even in Europe.

If you mean a hitch, unfortunately, not by smart. Smart Universe says they're working on one and they'll keep me posted. A bar to tow the fortwo behind a another vehicle, supposedly being designed.

Not an option for now through smart USA. I'm checking aftermarket.

I plan on asking them when they open since I am pretty far down the list anyways.
The wheel rack in the dealerships are designed to hold future wheel options not available now.

Working on that through an aftermarket supplier. Post more when I know it.

The lugnuts seem to be made from an alloy not prone to rust. I have 20 on order and will confirm when they arrive.

Some already mentioned the film kit to reduce nicks and dings. With the shape of the front end, the fortwo is going to be a rock magnet.
I found out today all the radios are interchangeable. Plug and play.

The plastic panels may get nicked, but the color goes all the way through. Wraps are coming to the dealership and protective films are on the table as an option.
