Go to: http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do
THen click "auto cargo"
enter your vin# and voila, Then the page brings up a bunch of info like vessel name, voyage name, bill of lading, booking number, origin, destination and customer reference number.
Then withing that same page click on the track by "bill of lading" and it will show all the cars that were/are on that vessel.

I hope this helps a little bit
Well, aren't you savvy. Thanks!

$2500 of that is pure dealer (rip-off) profit.

Ridiculous, I say...

Laguna Niguel, The $4k was not in addition to options added, just the price of the extras. $2500 is the going rate for GPS integrated in, I was not surprised to see that but the rims were excessive. Although one can pick up the panasonic for $1600

I was considering Lynnfield... seems its little closer to Maine, but wonder if I should head little farther south to Warwick... (in-laws live there) any stories from there?

dealers are forbidden to mark up the sticker price of the smarts. so it doesnt turn out like the days of the pt cruiser or shelby mustang: thousands over sticker

I talked with the dealership in Lynnfield. It seems that you have to have a reservation and bring the e-mail into the dealership to get on their orphan list. The guy I talked to said the list is about 60 people long. He was actively discouraging me from trying to get on the list! It was a very strange phone call.
