I picked up my orphan from Smithtown/St. James NY. No extra add ons, but man, you had to be quick to agree to it or lose it. I did delay long enough to go in that night to check it out (yellow with red interior sounded a little too odd to just accept otherwise). But he was up front with me that if someone else accepted it in the mean time (as they'd left several phone messages) I'd lose it. It was a risk I was willing to take. The red is much more orangish, and I am thrilled with my Bumblebee!

No. Sorry. Each Dealership, once a car has been orphaned, can do whatever. Either put on costly add-ons, or sell as-is. In essence, the car is theirs and it's up to them to sell it.
At this stage, the cars are no more in smart USA control, and there is no centralized list.

Smart Center Englewood (NJ) has stopped adding stuff to their orphans unless requested. They're selling for MSRP these days.
