Some may argue but I think E-SMART (the "E" series plate in IL is for ENVIRONMENTAL ... a portion of the annual fee goes to state-wide environmental efforts) is pretty appropriate, the 'standard' or regular IL plate SMART is already registered to a 450 series (I think its on a smart rental car --- fairly famous Budget-Rent-A-Car location in NW Suburbs of Chicago, only one in U.S. who rents these that I'm aware of ... this I'm sure will change once the 451 show up in better numbers)
