What's the Deal with the BAG LADY

I ordered a spare tire bag from The Bag Lady!!(The Bag Lady) Sent two emails to confirm, no answer

Has anyone else had this problem, it's been two weeks and I'm ready to cancel and go else wear.
Tire Rack sells them, anyone know of others?

The Bag Lady - This isn't her only job!! She is a professional engineer and is probably dealing with work or family issues like the rest of us have to do. She makes these storage bags, and damn nice ones; in her off hours as time permits. Be patient, she will get back to you.

mine fits behind the driver's seat comfortably (I'm around 5'10) and contains the tire and the scissors jack. (the lug wrench is in the tailgate.) So, all the other space is available. I've fit two window A/C units and a bunch of bags from the grocery store and hardware store without difficulty and still had room for the wife and the dog!
