Where did this come from? (dented tridion)

Due to a parking prank by my brother, I got some scratches on my front right fender. I brought it to the dealership in Coral Gables and they also noticed my safety cell is dented below the passenger door! Now, it is highly unlikely, if not impossible, for this to have happened during said prank. I have no clue how this happened, it seems like it would take a lot of force to do it.
It isn't terribly noticeable and to fix it would mean either drilling holes and weakening the system or replacing the whole thing. I am just wondering how this could have happened. Any ideas? Could a shopping cart do it or would that not have enough force?

Took the liberty to add detail in title, for clarity's sake.

I can't say definitively, but I find it hard to believe that a shopping cart could damage it without just maliciously ramming it.

Hmm, I don't think the Tridion would be replaceable if you wanted it to be though. That would pretty much mean completely rebuilding the car from scratch in a body shop.

Has it dented hard enough to crack the paint? Do you have black or silver tridion?

At any rate, I hope you gave your brother a mild beating

Even then I'd hate to see what the shopping cart ended up looking like

Maybe someone with a SUV was jealous and just kicked it in I don't think there is any way to know for sure.

and more importantly, what parking prank did your brother pull?
maybe it involved more than what you thought and during the prank something back fired resulting in this crack...
something to think about...

There is no cracking whatsoever. All my brother did was park the car sideways in the garage, no way for the side of the car to get damaged. Maybe a car door slamming open? If it is unreasonable for it to have happened through personal negligence (me hitting something for instance) then I may have my insurance take care of it.

Can you post a pic of the damage. Could be something bounced up from the road.

I own an auto body shop and we don't use the whole "drill and pull" method anymore to repair dented metal things. We have a tool that spot welds onto the bare metal and at the same time we have this hammer like tool that we pull back and it pulls the metal back out into shape. Obviously it's done multiple times to get it into the right shape but we don't drill holes so it wont weaken or sacrifice the integrity of the metal

As hard as I tried I couldn't get a picture of the damage with the low res camera I have. If I get a chance I will get ahold of a better camera.
