I have a white/black trim Trooper. I love the color combination, but didn't want to repeat the white with my Smart. I chose the black, but the dirt does show worse than on the white.

by the way if anyone is interested in the Trooper - It's for sale! only 87,000 miles!

My smartee is bright white with a silver cell!! I think it looks too good. Really though it doesn't matter what color you have ordered. At anytime you can buy replacement panels. I love this little machine!

I have the white with silver cabrio and when I picked it up I also ordered a set of the black ones. Still not in. I'm going to paint all the textured black pieces to match the white. I've also ordered a second set of black pieces to replace the ones I'm going to paint white. The problem is to match the white plastic with paint. Does any one know if there are color codes? And if so what is the code for the white?

Any good paint and body shop can match your paint. Take in a piece of the body, probably the hood is easiest, and they will mix you up the right shade of white. I have done this many times, most big paint & body shops mix their own paint.

Yep! I own a high end body shop here in Burlingame California (next to the San Francisco International airport) and you are right on the spot. We color match the paint since the paint code only gives you a general place to start but the best is to have a piece on the car so our painter can color match it so it's within 90% the same color. As long as it's 80% or better you almost can't tell the difference.

Best Regards,
Larry
