I was riding my bicycle to work this am (6/12 @ 6:30) along Bestgate Rd. in Annapolis. I had to change lanes so I looked back and here comes a yellow fortwo (my color when i get one). I pointed at the driver and said "smarty" but got no response. Didn't mean to startle ya! How she ridin? any issues?

Hello! I'm not the driver you're referring to BUT I have also seen this yellow smart buzzing around town! I don't recall seeing any posts from a yellow smartie so I don't know if he comes to this site. Should be interesting to find out! When did you put down you $99? I didn't commit until late May (this year) so I'm kinda bummed. This waiting is HARD, isn't it?

I have heard rumors of a yellow smartie in Cape St Clair for about a month but have not seen it yet. Still running aroung in our black/sliver.

I'm thinking I will get the config email about 6 months out from putting the $99 down and then wait another 9 months for the car. It is what it is. Of course, with these expectations, I wouldn't mind being pleasantly surprised by an earlier delivery!

r u at all worried about the issues that we read about here like: the door problem or the engine noises, was there one about an alarm going off?, or the mpg differences?? what are some of the other mechanicals talked about on this site? i hope they hold up. will we get an 2009 or 2010 do ya think?
