In the past I have purchased the mfrs warranty for selling purposes since the warranty is transferable. This has helped in the sale of a vehicle. Is the Smart warranty transferable? Thank you

That is correct. You will have to pay a fee of $7 if you put a reserve on it. I would be surprised if you did not get $14K(or more) for it on ebay. It would only cost you $7 to find out. Just be sure to write a nice long detailed description, since your car is an equipped pure and not a passion. I just had my 69 SAAB on ebay.
Here is a link to that expired auction to give you an idea

Good luck

Thank you! Although it didnt quite make reserve in that auction, i was contacted by a gentleman in Rhode Island, and he has given me a verbal commitment to buy. He is arranging the transport now. I am going to miss "baby". but it was my wifes call, since the car was a gift to her in 2005. She loves the smart though, so that helps...

Good price. I'm surprised you didn't get what you were asking for it.

That tells us a couple of things...either the house was a wreck when you bought it or you've been in it for a heck of a long time. lol

I see a brand new Pure, that didnt have any options, I dont think.
Ended at $13,6xx today.

So I wonder if a used pure with 6000 miles, AC,Radio, Alarm, Heated seats,
would go for more or less than that. I am going to try it. I need to take some pics though and its been raining all day.
