"Wish I'd Brought My Camera" Thread

Last night I went to a meeting in a building with a small parking lot. There was only one space available, so I took it. Just then a friend, who was going to same meeting, pulled up. He drives a GEM car when he's just running around town, and so we shared the parking space. His GEM is narrower and taller than my smart, but the smart looks a little shorter (though I didn't measure). It looked really weird, and I wish I'd brought my camera.

Who else has had a "wish I'd brought my camera" moment with their smart?

Since I got a Cabriolet I'm a little worried about keeping valuables in my car. My solution was to get a camera bag (which my friends call my "man purse") I figured as long as I was carrying around this little bag I might as well keep a camera in it. I no longer suffer from these moments.

I've had those moments but recently I've remembered my phone has an awesome camera, more than twice the pixels of my first digital camera. Problem solved.

I'll bet your friend had one, if he's geeky enough to own a GEM - he should be geeky enough to have a camera on his phone.
