Actually....it is telling us! (that is, once your wrench comes on!)

Mine's at -46 today (it came on around May 1st)..... 46 days past the year anniversary of - something! (but not its build date)

Besides the main battery, is there any other source of power to maintain a clock?

There's no battery on-board the instrument cluster.
