Don't worry, we might beat on you a little but some of those beaters have done the same things themselves. Anyway this is how some of us who hate to read the owners manual discover things about our cars!! I just seems to be more fun this way !!

To get a bit more precise: the seat doesn't recline more than a certain point to avoid being hurt in case of a rear collision. There is a way to file down the tab that prevents the seat going further down, but it requires some doing. The stop is there for a specific purpose, isn't it? ;)

Has anyone done this where they file down the tabs to prevent the seats from reclining?? If so, how much farther will they recline before they're hitting in back??

In regards to the locking fuel door, I was a bit impatient when unlocking my car to fuel up and while pressing the unlock button I pulled on the gas door and somehow broke the metal flex pin that makes the gas door prop open and want to naturally close while partially opened.

Does anyone have a repair guide for this?

Thanks in advance.

Ha! I know how you feel. I couldn't open the gas cap either. I didn't get an owners manual with my 450. I found Evilution's site from here. I downloaded the PDF of the manual on to a thumb drive. I put it on my computer at work and when ever there is a slow time, I open it up and read.
