From what we were told at the TOTD by Dave Schembri, yellow will possibly be brought back for a 2011 or 2012 limited edition run... and he was very specific that the panels would only be available if you bought the car and that the hue of the yellow most likely wouldn't match the 2008 color.
That being said, yellow panels are no longer in production and are becoming somewhat scarce in the dealership network. I recently had to replace my left door panel and spoke to the dealers all the way to Knoxville, TN before I found a panel that I could have sent to Florida.
