Your opinion on repairing this car

So im new to the forum and I am looking at getting a cheap smart to rebuild, this one is within driving distance but I haven't been able to look at one of these close to undertand the sturucture and mounting of parts so I cant tell off hand but does this look like it is easily reparable? I was just seeing what opinions I got before I try to make the drive and deal with them on it. Thanks for any and all input

If it is just body damage, it would be an easy fix. If the Tridion cell is damaged, that could be a lot of work. If it has electrical problems, I'd run away from it!!

In my opinion, if the Safety Cell in intact, you can bolt on the rest of the parts.

Without seeing what damage lies underneath the body panels, it looks like the big hurdle will be the replacement air bags.

what would you consider a fair price? its an 09 with 4700 miles. That could give me a fair starting point to offer.

Makes you wonder: If the damage was just superficial (i.e., involving just the bolt on parts), why write off the car as a total loss? I'm assuming it was written off as a loss since the car seems to be located in a junkyard, but maybe I'm wrong there.
